Established in 2017, owner and head chef Adam Hamilton has taken the Rochester sushi scene by storm. Starting out by offering weekly pop-ups in various locations, chef Hamilton introduced a new wave of sushi that he refers to as, "Japanese Fusion". His complex flavor profiles, combined with his dedication to detail makes for an incredibly unique dining experience.

Now located in the heart of the South Wedge of Rochester, NY, Poke Sushi offers their intricate food menu along side of a completely renovated, Japanese inspired decor, sure to leave a lasting impression.
