About Us

Chef Adam Hamilton created Poke Sushi combining his passion and utilization of eclectic ideas and experiences. Poke began offering weekly pop ups in various locations in Rochester, NY in 2017 and is now located in the heart of the South Wedge. We offer our intricate food menu alongside of a carefully crafted bar program and a Japanese inspired decor. We look forward to meeting you!
